Our goals are to provide 24-hour support and crisis intervention services for victims and their dependent children while assisting with developing and implementing plans for their safety and independence; to provide community education, training, and publicity about the issues and effects of domestic violence; and to adhere to professional policies and practices in order to maintain administrative excellence and sound financial management

Knit or crocheted blankets should be a tight weave, fairly thick (use several strands together or a single strand of #5 or #6 bulky yarn.) Suitable fabrics are denim, flannel, heavy cotton with batting in between layers and stitched from corner to corner so the batting doesn't bunch up when washed.3 X-Small (14"x 18") - DONE3 Small (20" X 20") - DONE3 Medium (24" X 24") -DONE3 Large (24" X 30") -DONE3 X -Large (36" X 36") - DONEHappy Hands:12 skeins of yarn - DONE12 pairs of knitting needles -DONE12 crochet hooks -DONE12 pairs of scissors (blunt tip) - DONE12 yarn needles (large-eyed) - DONE-You may send used knitting needles and crochet hooks, but please do not send plastic knitting needles if they are bowed or bent. No 14” knitting needles, please.-Yarn: Worsted or bulky (#4 or #5) preferred. No partial skeins or balls.-Knitting needles: 8” or 10”, single or double point. Circulars are fine, too.
