CHALLENGE #18-2022 IS COMPLETE!

Safe House Alliance for Non-Violence

Boulder, Colorado

In 2021 SPAN received over 9,000 calls to their hot line.  They provided 7,173 safe nights for 148 adults and 49 children".   "With the fast spread of Omicron, limiting exposure and social distancing has never been more important. We have kept our Shelter safely open and partnered with a few hotels to provide additional space for clients. Our clients’ locations remain confidential and safe. SPAN advocates have adapted their support systems to accommodate the increased space between clients."
