PET BLANKETS MAY BE KNIT, CROCHETED OR SEWN BUT MUST BE WASHABLE. KNIT OR CROCHETED BLANKETS SHOULD BE A TIGHT WEAVE AND FAIRLY THICK (USE SEVERAL STRANDS TOGETHER OR A SINGLE STRAND OF BULKY YARN. SUITABLE FABRICS ARE DENIM, FLANNEL, HEAVY COTTON WITH BATTING IN BETWEEN LAYERS AND STITCHED FROM CORNER TO CORNER SO THE BATTING DOESN'T BUNCH UP WHEN WASHED.

Women and Children's Alliance

Since 1910, the Women’s and Children’s Alliance (WCA) has provided safe housing for women in Boise, Idaho. However, in the last 40 years, the focus has been narrowed to provide shelter and supportive services to individuals impacted by domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

This Challenge is by Special Request from WCA . Spring Fling items may be sent as well, whether or not you pledge in this Challenge.
