We would like to do a Cozies for Pets challenge for the Gateway shelter (Challenge #7) and would like to send them the following number of pet blankets:
3 – 20 X 20 - DONE
3 – 24 X 24 - DONE
2 – 24 X 30 - DONE
Blankets can be crocheted, knitted, or sewn. If crocheted or knitted, please use several strands of worsted weight or at least one strand of bulky or extra bulky acrylic yarn and a simple pattern without holes. If you are making fabric blankets, use fleece, flannel (with a filler), corduroy or similar warm material. All blankets must be washable!
MAILING DEADLINE: MARCH 9-10, 2016 (If you also pledged slippers and/or washcloths for this shelter, you can hold them and send everything together if you wish, as we extended this deadline.)
