          Don't forget to make Purple slippers!  They can be all purple or

                                  just include some purple.

Our challenge today is for Vera House. They do not have an abundance of storage, so we are only sending a small amount to them at their request. We will not be sending any wash cloths.

Due to the reduced number of slippers we are sending, please use generic colors as much as possible. Don't forget PURPLE!

Vera House would like:

Good afternoon!   This is Judy.  I am one of the PSP Assistants and I endeavor to keep the blog up to date with all the latest challenges that we post over on our Facebook page.   However, from time to time, life just gets in the way of my computer time.   In my absence here at the blog, there have been three more slipper and washcloth challenges and a Cozies challenge for pet blankets.   

A new challenge - #31 - for Vera House in Syracuse, New York, will be posted here very shortly.   It is a small challenge, as the shelter does not have a lot of storage space; so, the slippers will go quickly (no washcloths requested this time)!

So, stay tuned and I hope you will jump in with your pledge in a comment below.  It will come to us in an email.  If the category you pledge has been filled already over on the Facebook page, we will let you know as soon as we can.

CHALLENGE #27 - 2016

SHENANDOAH WOMEN’S CENTER
Martinsburg, West Virginia

We are visiting the Shenandoah Women's Center again this year. This was our first shelter in West Virginia. They are looking forward to receiving more slippers and washcloths from the members of The Pink Slipper Project.

Please make the preteens, youth, toddlers, and booties in colors that could be worn by either a girl or a boy. Thank you!
