UPDATE: CHALLENGE #39-2018 HAS BEEN COMPLETED!
____________________
We are moving along well on the challenge, but we still need pledges for 23 more pairs of slippers in various categories. Remember, no pledge is ever too small - one pair of slippers or one washcloth gets us closer to our goal for this challenge!
Check out the sizes still needed and if you would like to make a pledge, please be sure to post it under the challenge note below! Thank You!

CHALLENGE #38 - 2018
SAFE NEST
North Las Vegas, Nevada
****CHALLENGE COMPLETED****
Safe Nest was opened in 1978 with 12 beds. Today, 40 years later, they are the largest-- with 70 beds--and most comprehensive domestic violence program in Nevada. All shelters rely on donations from the public to maintain the level of service. Donations can be in any form. Many shelters have a Wish List on their website of items that are needed such as laundry detergent to socks, slippers and wash cloths included. If you live in the Las Vegas area, you have likely seen purple and white donation bins. They belong to Safe Nest and have been placed throughout the Las Vegas Valley area. They are emptied on a regular basis and have proven to be a very effective method to increase donations.
Safe Nest is a repeat shelter for PSP. We would like to increase our donations this time and send them the following:
